Grilled Chicken Strip Sandwiches

Packaged grilled chicken and rolls make this sandwich quick and easy.

Ingredients

1 package King's Hawaiian Snacker Rolls
1 package grilled chicken breast strips, fully cooked
1/3 cup prepared barbecue sauce
4 slices Jack cheese, cut into triangles
4 -- green leaf lettuce leaves
-- Butter or margarine as needed

Instructions

  1. Spread butter or margarine on cut side of rolls, place in non-stick skillet cut side down and toast. Remove from skillet and place two triangles of cheese on each roll base. Place lettuce leaves on cheese.
  2. In same skillet warm grilled chicken breast strips. Add barbecue sauce and toss to coat. Arrange 3 to 4 chicken strips on lettuce and place on roll tops.
