Green Olive Walnut Spread

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup halved green olives
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 dash of crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Place garlic in food processor; pulse until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until coarsely chopped. Serve with wheat thins or water crackers.
