Green Olive Walnut Spread

Green Olives with Pimiento

2 garlic cloves
1 cup halved green olives
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 cup walnuts
1 dash of crushed red pepper flakes
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice


  1.  Place garlic in food processor; pulse until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until coarsely chopped. Serve with wheat thins or water crackers.
