Green Olive Walnut Spread

2 garlic cloves
1cup halved green olives
4 green onions, chopped
1/4cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2cup chopped parsley
1cup walnuts
1dash of crushed red pepper flakes
2 to 3tablespoons fresh lemon juice


  1.  Place garlic in food processor; pulse until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until coarsely chopped. Serve with wheat thins or water crackers.
