Green Goddess Dressing 1

The original recipe, created in the 1920s in San Francisco, called for anchovies to be added. This is a vegetarian version.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup minced chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Process all ingredients together in a food processor fitted with the metal blade or puree in a blender until smooth. Makes 3 cups
