Green Goddess Dressing 1

1/2cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2cup low-fat sour cream
1/2cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4cup chopped parsley
1/4cup minced chives
1tablespoon chopped tarragon
2teaspoons sugar
1tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Process all ingredients together in a food processor fitted with the metal blade or puree in a blender until smooth. Makes 3 cups.
