Green Bean “Fries”

We love these "fries" and your kids will too!
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- -- olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- -- ground black pepper (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Clean and trim green beans, toss with olive oil to coat.
3. Spread beans on a foil-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake at for 15-20 minutes. Flip the beans once during baking.
