Greek Feta Dip
- Yield 1-1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 200 grams Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor reduce in puree: feta cheese, sour cream, roasted red pepper, garlic, olive oil and cayenne pepper.
- Serve with pita chips, veggies, crackers, or anything you want.
