Grecian Shrimp with Feta Cheese

  • Yield: 4 servings


1/2cup olive oil
1-- lemon, juice only
1teaspoon oregano
1/4cup butter
1-- sliced onion
4ounces feta cheese
1pound raw, peeled large shrimp, butterflied


  1. Saute onion, lemon juice, oregano and butter in oil.   Add shrimp and cook until pink.  Before serving add feta cheese in large chunks into hot mixture.
  2. Can serve on a bed of romaine lettuce or over pasta.
