PrintEmail Ingredients 2/3 cup milk, scalded24 large marshmallows1/4 cup creme de menthe2 tablespoons creme de cacao1 cup whipping cream1 -- chocolate cookie crumb crust Instructions Combine the scalded milk and marshmallows in the top of a double boiler. Place over simmering water. Heat until the marshmallows are melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. Cool to room temperature. Stir in the creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the marshmallow mixture. Spoon into the cookie crumb crust. Freeze, covered, until firm. Garnish with additional whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
