PrintEmail Ingredients 1 cup water1 cup sugar2 cups fresh pink grapefruit juice (about 2 to 2 1/2 grapefruits)1 tablespoon vodka Mint springs for garnish Instructions In a medium saucepan, heat the water and sugar until the sugar melts and the mixture stars to boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Stir in the grapefruit juice. Add the vodka. Pour into an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer’s directions.
