Grapefruit Pecan Cream Cheese Topper

- 1/2 Texas Rio Star Grapefruit, sectioned
- 2/3cup pecans, finely chopped
- 8ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2tablespoons grapefruit zest
- Combine all ingredients, and beat until smooth and of a spreading consistency.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Spread over your favorite bagel, English muffin, or toast.
