The tangy yogurt and sweet grapes fit perfectly in this blended pick-me-up beverage.

Grapes are high in vitamin C and potassium. The skins contain resveratrol, the healthy substance found in red wine and known to help protect against cancer and heart disease.


2 cups seedless red grapes
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
3 tablespoons honey


  1. Combine grapes, yogurt, milk and honey in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
