Grapes are high in vitamin C and potassium. The skins contain resveratrol, the healthy substance found in red wine and known to help protect against cancer and heart disease.
Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless red grapes
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Combine grapes, yogurt, milk and honey in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
