Grape Agua Fresca
- Yield 2 servings
A light and effervescent spin on agua frescas from Mexico.
- 2 cups freshly made California grape juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Lime slices
- Sparkling water (optional)
- Combine the grape juice, sugar and lime juice in a pitcher and stir well. Serve over ice with lime slices and sparkling water if desired.
- Note: To make the fresh grape juice, puree 6 cups seedless red California grapes in a food processor or blender and strain through a fine sieve. It will make about 2 cups of juice.
