Ginger Cheese Ball

"I received this cheese ball recipe from a coworker back in 1964 when we both worked for an insurance company. I make several of these every Christmas."
- 2tablespoons ginger preserves
- 8ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1cup chopped pecans
- Mix preserves and cream cheese by hand or with a hand mixer until well blended. Form into a ball, and roll in the chopped pecans. Chill until time to serve.
