Ginger and Molasses Coffee Creamer

Ginger Molasses Coffee Creamer

  • Yield: 1 cups


1cup half and half
1/4cup molasses
1teaspoon ground ginger


  1. In a small saucepan, heat half and half, molasses and ground ginger over a low heat. Once small bubbles form around the edges of the pan and the molasses has completely dissolved, take off the heat and use immediately or cover and store in the fridge for 2 weeks.
