Gin and Tonic Sorbet
- Yield: 6 servings
- 2/3cup sugar
- 1/3cup gin
- 1/4cup fresh lime juice
- 4teaspoons grated lime zest
- 1-- (28-ounce) bottle tonic water
- Combine the sugar, gin, lime juice and zest in a large pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the tonic water gradually. Chill for 2 hours or up to 3 days. Stir again and pour into an ice cream freezer. Freeze using the manufacturer's directions.
