PrintEmail Ingredients 1 cup sugar1 tablespoon cornstarch1 tablespoon flour2 tablespoons cocoa pinch salt2 -- eggs3 tablespoons butter, melted2/3 cup milk3/4 cup shredded coconut1/2 cup pecans, chopped1 teaspoon vanilla -- 9-inch pastry shell, unbaked Instructions Preheat oven to 400F. Combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, butter and milk; then coconut, nuts and vanilla. Pour into pastry shell and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Top will be crusty and firm.
