Garlicky Tomato-Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1/2cup chopped basil, loosely packed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4cup balsamic vinegar
- 2teaspoons tomato paste
- 1/2teaspoon coarse salt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender. Whirl until smooth. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
