Garlicky Tomato-Basil Vinaigrette

Try this savory sauce with grilled steak or use as a dressing for salad.

Garlicky Tomato Basil Dressing

2 Roma tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 cup chopped basil, loosely packed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt


  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender. Whirl until smooth. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
