Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 can chick peas
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Open the can of chick peas. Set aside liquid. Blend chick peas in blender. Add remaining ingrediants as well, blending until it is a smooth puree. Add chickpea liquid until you have achieved desired consistency. Serve as a dip for fresh vegetables or with pita chips for a delicious crunch.
