Garden Pizza

1 -- Thin & crispy pizza crust
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup zucchini, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup tomaoes, thinly sliced


Preheat oven to 450

Combine garlic & melted butter

Brush butter & garlic over pizza crust

Sprinkle italian seasoning over crust

Spinkle parmesan cheese over crust

Add mozzarella cheese

Layer zucchini, onion, mushroom & tomato

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
