You are here: Home » Recipes » Fudge Pudding Fudge Pudding Recipe by MoabJude Yield 6 servings Jessica Merchant PrintEmail Ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon salt5 tablespoons cocoa, divided2 teaspoons baking powder1 cup granulated sugar, divided1/2 cup milk2 tablespoons butter, melted1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup brown sugar2 cups hot water Instructions Preheat oven to 350F Mix together flour, salt, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in 2-quart deep baking dish. Combine milk, melted butter and vanilla. Mix into dry ingredients in baking dish, beating well by hand. Combine remaining 3 tablespoons cocoa, remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar and brown sugar and sprinkle over cake batter. Pour hot water over all and place pan in oven. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
