Fruit with Wisconsin Mascarpone Honey Sauce

  • Yield 2 to 4 servings

A delicious combination of cheese and honey are folded into fresh whipped cream and served as a dip for fruit slices.


1/2 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Mascarpone Cheese
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Strawberries, apple, or pear slices, for serving


  1. Combine cheese and honey; stir until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Serve with fruit slices.
