Fruit Juice Popsicles

A healthy, easy frozen treat made with fresh fruit and 100 percent fruit juice

Ingredients

1 cup cut-up fruit
1 cup 100% fruit juice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or use small paper cups like Dixie, put in sticks and freeze for at least 3 hours. Store in a freezer bag or airtight container.
