Frozen Blackberry Yogurt

An unbelievably easy way to whip up fruity low-fat frozen yogurt.

2 cups plain, low-fat yogurt
3 cups frozen blackberries
2 tablespoons honey


  1. Place yogurt, frozen blackberries and honey in a food processor. Whirl until smooth and creamy. Makes 5 cups.
