PrintEmail Ingredients 4 cups whole milk2 cups half-and-half1 (5-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk1 cup sugar2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract12 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped1 cup sugar Instructions Combine 2 cups milk, the half-and-half, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla. Place in a blender and puree until smooth and well combined. Add remaining 2 cups milk. Refrigerate overnight. In another container, mix the peaches and sugar and refrigerate overnight. When ready to freeze the ice cream, combine the milk mixture with the peaches. Place in an ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions 30 to 35 minutes until creamy and smooth. Makes 16 cups Recipe adapted from the Kitchen farm stand in Dahlonega, Ga.
