PrintEmail Ingredients 12 ounces Fresh Cranberries1 cup Sugar3/4 cup Water3/4 cup Orange Juice3/4 cup Raisins3/4 cup Celery, diced1 large Apple, diced (peel on)3/4 cup Nuts Instructions Bring cranberries, sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer and gently stir for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. This relish is delicious on no added sugar vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt. It makes a very tasty smoothie, combining equal parts of chutney, skim milk and lite yogurt. Chutney is also great on a fresh spinach and chicken salad or on baked chicken.
