Ingredients 4 cups apples, peeled and diced1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon baking powder1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts2 cups sugar2 cups all-purpose flour2 eggs3/4 cup vegetable oil1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons vanilla Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour 2 standard-sized loaf pans. Whisk together sugar, oil, eggs, spices, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a large mixing bowl. Stir in flour just until it is evenly mixed.
