French Dressing Dijonaise
- Yield 4 servings
A few simple ingredients and, voila -- dressing is made.
If you don’t have walnut oil, use extra-virgin olive oil instead.
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar of your choice
- 1 tablespoon walnut or hazelnut oil
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Whisk all ingredients together in a nonreactive mixing bowl until well combined.
