French Coconut Pie

This pie is quick, easy, and delicious!
- 3 -- egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 -- (3-ounce) can flaked coconut
- 1 -- unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
- Beat egg whites in a mixer bowl until stiff. Add the sugar, butter, vinegar, vanilla and coconut, beating well. Spoon into the pie shell. Bake at 350F until set. Cool on a wire rack.
