Flounder Mexicana

  • Yield 4 servings

Ingredients

4 pieces Flounder Filet
1/2 cup Salsa, Mild or Hot
1/4 medium Green Pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 medium Sweet Onion, thinly sliced
4 large Mushrooms, sliced
4 tablespoons Dry Bread Crumbs
4 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Pat fish dry.  
  2. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. 
  3. Layer 1/4 of remaining ingredients on fish. 
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
