Flounder Mexicana

  • Yield: 4 servings


4pieces Flounder Filet
1/2cup Salsa, Mild or Hot
1/4medium Green Pepper, thinly sliced
1/4medium Sweet Onion, thinly sliced
4large Mushrooms, sliced
4tablespoons Dry Bread Crumbs
4tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, shredded


  1. Pat fish dry.  
  2. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. 
  3. Layer 1/4 of remaining ingredients on fish. 
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
