Old fashioned oats, honey, milk, nuts and fruit -- that's all you need for a healthy breakfast.
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 to 1 cup skim milk or low-fat vanilla soy milk
- 2 tablespoons almonds, walnuts and pistachios (some of each)
- 1/4 cup mixed dried fruit
- Mix all ingredients and eat immediately or cover, refrigerate overnight and eat the next day.
