Fire House Energy Bars

  • Yield 16 servings

Use your favorite granola to make these quick-and-easy snack bars.


1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons honey
2/3 cup walnuts, sliced or diced
2 -- eggs, beaten
2 cups granola cereal
1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend well. Pat into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350F for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into 16 bars.
