Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Feta and Bacon

Ingredients
- 6 -- boneless chicken breasts
- 1 -- frozen package chopped spiniach (thawed)
- 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 12 strip bacon
- -- Parsley for garnish
- -- More paprika for garnish
Instructions
Squeeze all liquid from spinach & mix with feta, mayonnaise, & garlic powder. Flatten chicken breasts. Mix flour & paprika. Stuff chicken breasts with remaining ingredients. Fold over. Coat stuffed chicken breasts with flour/paprika mixture. Wrap breasts in bacon, put on baking rack & bake for one hour (or until chicken is done) at 350 degrees.
