Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Feta and Bacon

6 -- boneless chicken breasts
1 -- frozen package chopped spiniach (thawed)
8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
12 strip bacon
-- Parsley for garnish
-- More paprika for garnish


Squeeze all liquid from spinach & mix with feta, mayonnaise, & garlic powder. Flatten chicken breasts. Mix flour & paprika. Stuff chicken breasts with remaining ingredients. Fold over. Coat stuffed chicken breasts with flour/paprika mixture. Wrap breasts in bacon, put on baking rack & bake for one hour (or until chicken is done) at 350 degrees.
