Mark Boughton/styling: Teresa Blackburn PrintEmail Ingredients 1/2 pound feta cheese -- Juice of 1/2 lemon1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano1/4 teaspoon coarse salt -- Freshly ground black pepper Instructions Preheat oven to 400F. Place feta cheese in an ovenproof dish. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper and spread over cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 15 minutes.
