Mix well with hands. Shape into (about 24) meatballs. Cook meatballs in a large nonstick skillet until browned. Ladle some sauce into skillet, and stir scraping up the browned bits. Add meatballs to sauce. Serve over spaghetti with freshly grated cheese.
