Farmer’s Market Salad

1/2cup fresh lemon juice
2teaspoons Dijon mustard
2teaspoons kosher salt
pinchpinch cayenne pepper
1/4cup honey
3/4cup olive oil
3/4cup canola oil
3small heads of romaine lettuce
1package Dole mixed field greens
3 grilled chicken breast chilled & chopped
1cup red seedless grapes
1pint grape tomatoes
1cup mandarin oranges
1cup cashews halves
1cup pecans
1cup golden raisins
1small red onions sliced thin in rings for garnish


  1. Mix all salad ingredients together and drizzle dressing to taste, coating evenly over salad.
  2. Serve with asiago cheese baguette
