Farmer’s Market Salad

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons kosher salt
pinch pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup canola oil
3 small heads of romaine lettuce
1 package Dole mixed field greens
3 grilled chicken breast chilled & chopped
1 cup red seedless grapes
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup cashews halves
1 cup pecans
1 cup golden raisins
1 small red onions sliced thin in rings for garnish


  1. Mix all salad ingredients together and drizzle dressing to taste, coating evenly over salad.
  2. Serve with asiago cheese baguette
