Healthy Nutty Granola

  • Yield: 10+ servings


4cups rolled oats
1cup walnuts
3/4cup whole raw almonds
1/2cup walnuts
1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4teaspoon sea salt
1/4cup dark brown sugar
1/4cup olive oil
1/4cup (real) maple syrup
1teaspoon pure vanilla
1scoop dried blueberries (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 300F.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients before gradually folding in the wet ingredients.  Spread granola on a non-stick baking pan.  Bake for 30 minutes, but make sure to set the timer and stir every 10 minutes.  Allow to cool off and store in an airtight container.
