Healthy Nutty Granola

Yield 10+ servings
Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup walnuts
3/4 cup whole raw almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup (real) maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 scoop dried blueberries (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300F.
Mix all the dry ingredients before gradually folding in the wet ingredients. Spread granola on a non-stick baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes, but make sure to set the timer and stir every 10 minutes. Allow to cool off and store in an airtight container.
