energizing smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup 0% fat greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons whey vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup organic frozen bluberries
- 6 slices banana
- 3 pieces prunes
- 1/4 cup 100% juice of any kind
- 1/2 teaspoon pure honey
Instructions
Place all ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth, I usually let the frozen blueberries soften a little befor blending, chop up 3 prunes, they give great flavor and some texture to the smoothie and I also enjoy a handfull of walnuts with the smoothie.
