PrintEmail Ingredients 3 cups flour1 cup sugar1 tablespoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups eggnog1 -- egg, beaten1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted3/4 cup chopped candied fruit1 cup pecans Instructions Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and slat into a bowl. Mix the eggnog, egg and butter in a small bowl. Add to the flour mixture and mix until smooth. Stir in the candied fruit and pecans. Spoon into a lightly greased loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
