Egg and Ham Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Sandwich Rolls
- 8 -- eggs (scrambled, hard-boiled and sliced, or fried)
- 8 slices baked ham
- 8 slices American cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper to taste

Lightly toast King's Hawaiian Sandwich Roll.

Prepare eggs and season with salt and pepper to your liking. (Scrambled: do not scramble into pieces in pan, but keep firm and cut into four portions. Hard-boiled: sliced diagonally. Fried: yolk should be firm.)

Begin to build the sandwich: layer the bottom portion of the sandwich roll with two ham slices, add eggs and add two cheese slices.

If melted cheese is desired, place stacked ingredients in the microwave for 15 seconds (timing may vary by appliance).

Crown stacked ingredients with top half of the King's Hawaiian Sandwich Roll to finish, and serve immediately.
