Ed’s Quick Southern Peach Cobbler
- Yield 6 to 8 servings
- 1/2 cup melted salted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large can of peaches drained
- Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all of the ingredients EXCEPT the peaches in a mixing bowl. Then pour into a buttered casserole dish (I find pyrex works best). Pour in drained peaches. DO NOT STIR. Bake until golden brown. Let sit until cooled. Serve warm or cold.
