Combine all of the ingredients EXCEPT the peaches in a mixing bowl. Then pour into a buttered casserole dish (I find pyrex works best). Pour in drained peaches. DO NOT STIR. Bake until golden brown. Let sit until cooled. Serve warm or cold.
