Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake

  • Yield 6 servings


1.5 cups flour
1 cup sugar
.25 cup cocoa unsweetened
.5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon vinegar
.33 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water


Measure and mix all dry ingredients with whisk.  Make three indentions with whisk. 

Pour vanilla in one crater, vinegar into second and oil into third.  Add cold water. 

Mix until blended. 

Bake in 9" round or square greased pan. 


Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 F.

Sprinkle with 10x sugar before serving.
