Easy Sweet and Sour Pork Chops
- Yield 4 servings
- 4 pieces pork chops, butterfly cut; 4oz each
- 1 can sauerkraut with Caraway Seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
Place pork chops in glass 9 x 13 baking dish. Place sauerkraut evenly over the top and sides of the chops. Do not drain the juices. Sprinkly raisins over the top.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
