Easy Peanut Butter Granola Bars
- Yield 12-16 servings
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or brown rice syrup
In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and peanuts. Add honey or brown rice syrup to the bowl and mix until moistened. Melt the peanut butter and then add to the mixture. Mix well. You can either press into a 9×13 baking dish and bake in the oven at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes, or refrigerate for about an hour.
