Ingredients 12 ounces long pasta, such as fusilli, fettucine, linguine or spaghetti1 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon olive oil2 garlic cloves, chopped Fresh greens such as spinach or kale, cut into strips Instructions Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add greens and garlic. Saute until tender, about 3 minutes for spinach and 10 for heartier greens, such as kale. Add hot pasta to skillet. Toss well.
