Easy Pasta Salad

  • Yield


1 medium onion
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium tomato
1 box whole wheat pasta
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/3 cup olives
1 cup red kidney beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons white vinegar


  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to box directions.
  2. Chop the onion, pepper, tomato, and olives.
  3. When pasta cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.
  4. Mix the chopped ingredients, pasta, crumbled feta, and beans.
  5. Add a pinch of salt along with olive oil and vinegar for a simple dressing.
  6. Enjoy!!
