Easy Crock Ham Bean Veggie Soup

  • Yield 12 servings


12 cups Water
1 1/2 pounds Smoked Boneless Ham-diced
5 cloves Garlic
1 pound Diced carrots
1 pound Diced celery
1 cup Trader Joes Brown Rice Medley
28 ounces Prepared Pinto Beans
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
1 tablespoon Salt and Pepper to taste
12 fluid ounces Beer- Porter/dark


Combine all ingredients except beer in large slow cooker on high heat for 4 to 6 hours. Stir occasionally throughout cooking process. Add beer as soup cooks down as needed. Healthy and yummy, serves 12 plus.
