Easy Chili Verde

  • Yield 1 servings


4 pounds pork (any cut) roast,sirloin, chops
2 medium sweet onions
6 cloves garlic
5 cans green chili verde salsa
2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Brown meat in olive oil, set aside. cut up and saute onions and garlic. Cut meat into 1 inch or smaller pieces put everything thing in a crock pot or simmer on the stove for 8 – 10 hours. I like to serve it over a burrito, its also very good on eggs the next morning!!!  ENJOY
