Easy Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

1tablespoon olive oil
1pound chicken strips
1packet (21 oz.) frozen mixed vegetable teriyaki stir fry
1 1/3cups french fried onions


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet and stir-fry chicken until thawed (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender. Stir in contents of sauce packet and cook until crisps are tender and hot.
  3. Microwave french fried onions 1 minute. Sprinkle over stir-fry. Serve warm.
