Easy Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

- 1tablespoon olive oil
- 1pound chicken strips
- 1packet (21 oz.) frozen mixed vegetable teriyaki stir fry
- 1 1/3cups french fried onions
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet and stir-fry chicken until thawed (about 5 minutes).
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender. Stir in contents of sauce packet and cook until crisps are tender and hot.
- Microwave french fried onions 1 minute. Sprinkle over stir-fry. Serve warm.
