Easiest Health Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2-- sliced bananna (frozen)
1/2-- sliced berries or fruit (frozen)
1/2cup skim milk
1-- Small Container of Low Fat Yogurt (I used Strawberry/bananna)
1pinch sweetener

Instructions

Put all ingredients in blender cup and blend!  What could be healthier and eaiser?  Cures my ice cream cravings.
