Easiest Health Smoothie
- Yield 1 servings
- 1/2 -- sliced bananna (frozen)
- 1/2 -- sliced berries or fruit (frozen)
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 -- Small Container of Low Fat Yogurt (I used Strawberry/bananna)
- 1 pinch sweetener
Put all ingredients in blender cup and blend! What could be healthier and eaiser? Cures my ice cream cravings.
