Easiest Health Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 -- sliced bananna (frozen)
1/2 -- sliced berries or fruit (frozen)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 -- Small Container of Low Fat Yogurt (I used Strawberry/bananna)
1 pinch sweetener

Instructions

Put all ingredients in blender cup and blend!  What could be healthier and eaiser?  Cures my ice cream cravings.
