Easiest Health Smoothie
- Yield: 1 servings
- 1/2-- sliced bananna (frozen)
- 1/2-- sliced berries or fruit (frozen)
- 1/2cup skim milk
- 1-- Small Container of Low Fat Yogurt (I used Strawberry/bananna)
- 1pinch sweetener
Put all ingredients in blender cup and blend! What could be healthier and eaiser? Cures my ice cream cravings.
