Easiest Egg Ever

- 1-- egg
- 1teaspoon milk
- 1/4slice cheese (torn into pieces)
Crack 1 egg in a small microwaveable bowl. Mix with 1 teaspoon of milk. Cover bowl with small saucer. Cook for 45 seconds or until the saucer begins to rattle. Carefully uncover and flip egg over in the bowl. Add torn cheese pieces and cover. Wait a few minutes until cheese melts. The egg will fit nicely on a toasted english muffin or tastes good all by itself!
