Cook 45mins to an hour PrintEmail Ingredients 1 pound Lean Ground Beef1 small onion (chopped)1 stalk celery1 whole egg1/2 to 1 can California Black Olives (sliced)1 slice White Bread (chopped with crust removed)1/2 cup Heinz Ketchup1/2 teaspoon garlic salt Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine: Beef,onion,celery,olives,egg,bread, and seasonings in a large bowl. 3.Shape Mixture into loaf and put into loaf baking pan. 4.Spread 1/2 cup of Heinz ketchup on top of loaf. Then place baking pan into oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45mins to an hour. 5.Remove baking pan from oven and allow it to cool. 6.Cut loaf into 1inch slices and serve.
