DownEast Meat-Loaf with California Black Olives

1pound Lean Ground Beef
1small onion (chopped)
1stalk celery
1whole egg
1/2 to 1can California Black Olives (sliced)
1slice White Bread (chopped with crust removed)
1/2cup Heinz Ketchup
1/2teaspoon garlic salt


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine: Beef,onion,celery,olives,egg,bread, and seasonings in  a large bowl.

3.Shape Mixture into loaf and put into loaf baking pan.

4.Spread 1/2 cup of Heinz ketchup on top of loaf. Then place baking pan into oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45mins to an hour.

5.Remove baking pan from oven and allow it to cool.

6.Cut loaf into 1inch slices and serve.
